Everyone loves a good Italian Salad. Here's some useful tips to make your's even better...
1) If you are preparing your greens in advance but won't use right away, wash them well, but be sure to dry them before storing. When you are ready to use, chill them again for added 'snap.'
2) To easily core your lettuce, smack the head (stem end down) against the counter top. Then twist the core out.
